Who we are

Aurum Beacon ("we", "us") operates this website and the client command center. The data controller is Aurum Beacon (contact via the details in your engagement agreement or the enquiry form on this site).

What we collect

• Enquiry and diagnostic form data (name, business details, contact information, and messages you choose to send).
• Account data for the client portal (email, client profile, KPI fields you or your administrator enter, and portal messages between you and Aurum Beacon).
• Technical logs required to operate the service securely (for example IP address and login timestamps for fraud prevention and support).

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver consulting and portal services, meet legal obligations, and protect accounts (including rate limits, audit logs, and security monitoring). Optional webhooks may forward lead summaries to systems you configure (for example Slack); those transfers are described when you enable them.

Retention & your rights

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable law. You may request access, correction, or deletion where the law applies (including Australian Privacy Act rights for Australian individuals). We will verify your identity before acting on sensitive requests.
